About GothiX Construction Ltd.

GothiX Construction Ltd. is a Richmond-based construction, renovation and restoration company serving all of Metro Vancouver. Incorporated in December 2025, the company adopted its current legal name on November 2, 2026. Our BC incorporation number remains BC1568508.

Our services cover home additions, garages and accessory buildings, framing, decks and custom carpentry; whole-home, kitchen, bathroom and basement renovations; and water-damage repairs, doors, windows, finishes and property maintenance. Smaller repair lists remain welcome.

We agree the scope, materials and work sequence before starting. When a project needs drawings, engineering, approvals or specialist trades, those arrangements are identified and coordinated as part of the project plan.

Insurance and strata projects

CAD $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability coverage. Our updated policy covers eligible work on strata common property as well as residential work. Send the project address, photos and scope of work so we can confirm eligibility with our insurance broker before accepting the job.

A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request. For a certificate issued for your strata corporation, send its full legal name, address and insurance requirements. We can coordinate any additional insured requirements with our broker, subject to confirmation.

Business credentials and customer reviews

Our Google Business Profile is live. We have obtained our business licence. We are not publishing a testimonials section until there are verified customer reviews to show. For now, the strongest evidence is the work on this site, photographed as it actually happened. If you would like to see the incorporation documents or the insurance declaration page before you book, ask and we will send them.
