Planning your project
Start with your location, photos, available drawings and the work you want done. Nancy helps with enquiries and client communication; Jemes discusses construction scope, site conditions and sequencing.
The written project quote sets out materials, labour, scheduling and any required specialist coordination. Drawings, engineering and approvals are confirmed for the work before construction starts.
Get a free estimateLiability insurance and strata projects
CAD $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability coverage. Our updated policy covers eligible work on strata common property as well as residential work. Send the project address, photos and scope of work so we can confirm eligibility with our insurance broker before accepting the job.
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request. For a certificate issued for your strata corporation, send its full legal name, address and insurance requirements. We can coordinate any additional insured requirements with our broker, subject to confirmation.
Discuss your projectSmaller repairs and maintenance
We also handle repair lists and smaller maintenance tasks. The published small-repair minimum and hourly rates apply only to agreed repair work; construction and renovations are quoted by project.
